Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number notifying you. Normally, you can expect your order to arrive at your door within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

On Demand Delivery(ODD)

  • We partner with DHL to provide the cheapest and the most efficient way of delivery so our customers can simply order and relax.
  • Tired of missing the delivery? Feels like the delivery attempts always happen when you are not home? Worry not, with the new ODD you can decide WHENEVER and WHEREVER you want your package to be delivered.
  • No more frustration, simply manage your delivery schedule and use the time you saved however you like with extra fee!

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
    • The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
    • Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
